Hyderabad. Dr. Syed Moinuddin of Rajendranagar has been arrested by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS). The ATS officials have found that he was planning to innocent people by carrying out a large-scale poisoning experiment. However, during the investigation, it was found that Syed Moinuddin was preparing the most dangerous ‘resin’ poison.
